Mike is the founder and Lead Principal at Learn & Lead Group and a Principal with the national nonprofit Mind Share Partners. Mike is a Certified Professional Coach through the iPEC coaching program. As a trained social worker, teacher, executive, consultant, and coach, he empowers leaders and their teams to cultivate mental health and wellbeing to drive sustainable performance and amplify impact. Mike has provided impact-focused coaching, consulting, and training to leaders and organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to nonprofit startups to enhance their culture, wellbeing, and drive meaningful change. He builds partnerships with clients to help them understand themselves, identify root challenges, and build skills and integrate habits that enhance mental health and performance to maximize personal and professional potential.
